During the year, verify the Ecological Filtering Strainer, that it’s mesh is free of soil, leaves, insects or objects that may block the pass of water through the mesh. Before raining season, review also that the mesh is clean. If it is dirty, move away the mesh strainer, unscrew the frame that holds the mesh against the mesh strainer, and clean the mesh with clean water and soap, verify when you make the cleaning, that the water goes freely through the mesh. Dry the mesh and put once again over the frame and screw the mesh strainer until the nut strikes when tighten, do not force too much the tighten.
It is important that the fountain or pool maintain a reflecting pool, to verify regularly that the filtering strainer is free of soil, leaves or insects or any other object that may block the pass of water through the mesh, this can cause vacuum on the suction of the fountain’s pump. Verify that the recovery sump is full of water to avoid that the pump works on empty. If it is dirty, pull of the mesh strainer, unscrew the frame that holds the mesh against the mesh strainer, and clean the mesh with clean water and soap, verify when you make the cleaning, that the water goes freely through the mesh. Dry the mesh and put once again over the frame and screw the mesh strainer until the nut strikes when tighten, do not force to much the tighten.
